**This years registration is a 2 step system.**

BOTH STEPS ABSOLUTY MUST BE COMPLETE

1. Pay for your session by entering at least one student name in the box that asks for student name. To pay for more than one child put in the names of each additonal child in the next box. YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST PROVIDE AT LEAST ONE CHILD'S NAME. Your childs name is how we match your payment to your child's registration page especially if your last name differs from your child's. Once you click the buy now button you will be able to select as many spots up to 5 as you need. You can pay with any debit or credit card. You must pay for every child you have listed on the payment.If you pay for only one child you have only reserved one spot at camp and risk loosing the other spot to some one else who pays for that spot. Simply putting down your childs name does not constitute as payment for that child.

2. You must fill out our registration form. Write in the date you have paid for. Absolutely do not register for any week you have not actually paid for. The date you have paid for is the date your child will be attending regardless what you have put on your registraion form Click HERE

After filling out your registration check your email for your confirmation,camp address and information. If you do not see it right away please check your junk and spam folders as well.


Both your registration form and your payment must be received in order to reserve your spot at camp.

I WILL NO LONGER MOVE ALREADY PAID FOR AND REGISTERED KIDS TO OTHER CLASSES TO MAKE ROOM IN THOSE CLASSES FOR PARENTS THAT CHOOSE NOT TO PAY AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PAY AT THE TIME YOU REGISTER YOUR INTENDED CLASS DATE AND TIME MAY FILL UP BEFORE YOU CHOOSE TO PAY. IF AT THE TIME YOU CHOOSE TO PAY YOUR CAMP SPOT HAS BEEN TAKEN, YOUR STUDENT OR STUDENTS MAY JOIN THE NEXT SCHEDULED CLASS THAT HAS AVAILABILITY.

Your completed payment and registration form updates our data base to a filled spot for the next available class, as such I can not offer refunds to anyone that chooses not to pay at the time they fill out the registration form. The delayed payment then takes a spot at camp that someone else could have signed up for. Thanks for your understanding.
 
   
       
       
       
 


Our summer camp is closed on weekends. We are open Monday-Friday 9:30am-2:30pm by phone. Camp is physically open to campers Monday-Friday June1-June12 from 9:30am-3pm. While we understand that we now live in an instant contact and social media directed atmosphere we ask that you be patient and understanding with our teachers and staff members and please remember that they too have families and lives away from work just as you do. Most of the time we can respond to text messages, facebook messages and calls on the weekends and after hours but that is not always the case. Thanks so much for being kind and gracious and understanding that we are people too.

   
 

The following policy applies to our full week programs. At this time we are only offering 2 hour workshops. 1 full week may be offered in August, we will post that information once that has been decided.

**Please only make your selection when you are ready. Due to the limited space in each camp week we can not offer refunds once you have purchased your week at camp. We ask families to be honest and ethical and understand that once you have chosen to attend camp we are relying on that income to feed our family of both people and critters. If you are unsure about attending camp please make your other scheduling arrangements first before scheduling with us. We do understand that unforeseen family situations of severe illness and death do occur. In these events we can refund most of your camp tuition. A $160 deposit will be retained. In the event that your camp week that you are receiving a refund on reaches 12 kids or more we will also return the $160 deposit.** We do not give refunds of any kind in situations of which you have simply changed your mind.
